The Rules


90 days to get all the garbage out of our diets. Here's how it breaks down:

The First 30

Remove all sugars and sweeteners from our diet.  That includes all refined sugar, evaporated cane syrup, corn syrup, frutcose, honey, agave, stevia, maple syrup, brown rice syrup, coconut sugar, all artificial sweetners, and molasses.  Whole fruit and dried fruits that are unsweetened are all okay throughout the 90 days.

The Second 30

In addition to the above, now we get rid of all alcohol from our diet.  Good bye wine, beer, mixed drinks, etc.  Excess empty calories, and guess what SUGAR!

The Final 30

The Final stretch...we now eliminate all simple carbohydrates! No more white rice, pasta, breads, crackers, chips, and tortillas. We recommend quinoa, oats, brown rice, potatoes, lentils, beans, and legumes. Eat these complex carbohydrates in moderation ( an actual serving size).  Rule of thumb...if its processed at this point, its not shred approved. If you are looking for an "ultimate shred" eliminate the rice and potatoes too. Add this to the already eliminated sugars and alcohol!

After 90 days

We hope everyone will move forward with thier eyes wide open about what they are consuming and choose to only eat processed things in moderation. Shred on....
